The guy name Moo, very unprofessional, rude. He only help, when you can speak Hindi. He makes us wait, include another 2 customer and later said, I can’t help you. So, basically I went there to move one of my number from my friend account to move my account. He said, he can’t help me without my friend. I told him, I will call my friend or he can call. He said no. “But few months ago I moved my another line from my same friend account, from this same shop without my friend. That time there was another gentleman who helped me. He just called my friend to confirm.”I told him if you can’t help why I am here and why you make me wait. He said, you know this is my shop. It’s means his shop, his rules.

Long wait time which I could understand BUT the one thing I just can’t understand is they serviced my account without telling me that that they’re an authorized Verizon store not an OFFICIAL Verizon store. I went in the store because I needed a new Sim card not at any point while they were assisting me, they told me that I would need to pay for the Sim card. Sim cards are free through Verizon whether you have one shipped to you or if you go into Verizon store you get a Sim card free of charge they did not say that to me she waited until she activated the new Sim card and then she said “oh we charge for Sim cards” Authorized dealers charge a fee for servicing your account where as an official Verizon store it’s part of the Verizon customer service you only pay for products or if your adding services.
