“They have spayed 2 of my cats and were great with scheduling. In our most recent spaying of our cat, we did have a small unforeseen complication 2 days after surgery so we took her to our regular vet as they had an immediate appointment and I am not a regular client of midvale. Easily solved by an antibiotic. We called midvale to inform them. They were so nice and understanding, apologized like human beings, and offered us to bring her there. I was a little hostile as I’m a protective pet parent. They remained calm, showed genuine care, and wanted to solve it however they could. Things happen but it’s how you handle them. I am extremely happy with how they handled the situation and made me feel they cared just as much as I did. Thank you midvale for helping the community the way you do”

“I moved out here from Oregon, knowing no one or any place I took a chance with FPAH. I called them about my dog having an issue with his eye, they got me in that day! I couldn’t believe it. When he got really sick they were by my side and calling me daily to check on him. Always getting me in ASAP if something got worse with him. When my cat seemed to be way smaller than usual they did all the tests and found the issue. When the absolute unthinkable happened they were there…and provided the best care. My cat who they hadn’t seen was hit and killed. Not only was his cremation cheaper than most, they went above and beyond for me. (I’m sure they do for everyone) They gave me some fur, his whiskers like I asked and then the most amazing nose and paw prints. The best part if the beautiful note they wrote one one card. It has his no print and a paw print and says “from his nose to his toes DioGi was loved” I can’t express enough how much I love this card and those who made it for me. They took care of all three of my beloved animals and I will continue to take my two babies there because I trust them all the most.”
