“This new Mirabito that was recently redone in Parish NY, off I81 (north & south- eazy on & off from either side) is great! It's really a rest stop (where they actually have it set up for you to rest, eat & be comfortable), has an awesome Subway (always fresh food & great people who staff that counter), Dunkin always has the dark roast no matter what time it is, and the rest of the staff who run the gas/store counter- especially Kelsey. Not sure if she's a manager or not, but she absolutely should be! She's really the best! Totally recommend this spot to pull on or off 81”

“I just tasted the best pizza ever from here.Trevor went above and beyond to create me the most delicious pizza I ever had. It has pickles ,pepperoni & drizzled ranch. Come check it out and ask for Trevor, he has excellent customer service skills and deserves a raise. Thank you ?”
“Had pretty much what I was looking for. Picked up milk (emergency) make sure to check dates. Some were same day expiring. Low on milk. Had the snacks I wanted for most part but missing Peppermint patty. And bathroom was okay.”

“People seem to forget that this isn't just a gas station. It's a gas station, convenience store, deli, bakery, coffee shop, and ice cream stand all rolled into one. If you visit any one of those businesses separately, chances are you'll eventually have a less-than-perfect experience. When you combine all of them under one roof, serving hundreds of customers every day, occasional mistakes are bound to happen.
Instead of expecting perfection every single visit, maybe give the staff a little grace. They're juggling far more than most standalone businesses. If that's not for you, you're always welcome to visit separate gas stations, convenience stores, delis, and ice cream shops and see how often every experience there is flawless.”
