“I notice that many of the reviews are based on using a physical location like Walmart or CVS. My one experience in trying to use a Walmart location resulted in me leaving without sending the money. However, I have since used the online service very successfully multiple times. On the last transaction I included the recipient's first and last name as required but did not include the middle name. She sent me a message saying that she couldn't get the money. I called the 1 800 number, was transferred to an "accented sleepy voice, identifying himself as Joe" who asked how he could help. I explained. He asked for the relevant details. In less than 5 minutes he had the problem fixed!! She was still at the pickup location and sent me a message that she got the money. I was anticipating an endless process and was completely surprised at how quickly and professionally "Joe" (or whatever his real name is) handled everything.”
