“I typically go to a different Ford dealership for my services, however, in this circumstance I needed somewhere closer to my job and soon because I was over on my oil change with a tight schedule. After reading the Yelp review I was skeptical because there were not many positive ones, but I felt like I had to go. I called and they were very friendly, offered me a time and booked me an appointment (Spoke with Mike, very friendly). I ended up showing up on the wrong day (one day earlier), they guys were SO nice. They reviewed what I needed and said no problem we will get it done. They were very professional, didn't make me feel bad for coming the wrong day and the fact that they were able to get me in with already having appointments in place was so extremely kind. They handled their morning very well for having already a list of appointments, I watched as other customers came in for theirs because I felt bad, I didn't want to mess up someone else's morning. But all went smoothly! I will be posting this on Yelp as well because they were great! Thank you guys for being kind and patience, very good customer service I will absolutely be returning (on the right day of my appointment next time don't worry LOL)”
