“If I could give them 6 stars I would.My background: Former small business owner. I also know a little about car repair/maintenance but I can only work on the old stuff (80s) and do oil changes and brakes on the new stuff like my car (2015 Forester XT). With two kids, work, etc--I don't have time to do most of this stuff. If I have the time, I don't have the will.Got tired of going to the dealer. Local mechanic is good, but misdiagnosed an issue once that was kinda basic, so I became a little leery this time last year of continuing to use them.Spent a weekend+ googling and reading Subaru-specific forums, and found these guys. They came with high recommendations. So I went down there.Good bunch of guys and girl(s) that own/run that place. I've watched what they do, and I've seen how they treat every customer when I've been there. Pricing is really fair, and they're honest. Honesty goes a long way with me. I don't live around the corner, and it's a little bit of a pain for me to get there via public transportation when I need to pickup my car, but I'm working on that. It's worth it tho, because I know these guys do things the right way.They will work on virtually anything, but if you're a guy (or girl) with a WRX or STi and you're looking for a place to do upgrades and god knows what else, this is your place. If you're like me and have the WRX just in the Dad version (Forester) it's a wonderful place to take it to know that it's being treated right.They seem to do performance upgrades and routine maintenance all vehicles, but specialize in Subarus.I recently had my 2015 Forester XT here for some deferred maintenance; Spark plugs and a carbon clean/walnut blasting. I kid you not, my car now runs like the day I drove it off the lot 8+ years ago. Dramatic, dramatic difference.I plan my car maintenance now around my days off from work and T&W's availability. “Not an auto body related review but better!!! I was in a pinch and needed a specific tool to fix a part on my bike. I stopped by the shop to see if they had it there. Gene was such a nice guy. He greeted me at the curb and I asked him my strange request. He was more than helpful. Lent me the necessary tools and even help me troubleshoot the problem. “Adam and his team at Aaron Auto Supply really came through for me in my search for a rare replacement Aluminum Hood for my 1998 BMW Alpina B12! I searched nationwide for this particular hood after someone ran into my “Holy Grail” dream car and damaged my driver’s side front corner. After 4 months of searching, Aaron Auto Supply was the place I found the Hood I needed. Aaron Auto Supply provided me with friendly service. They were very responsive and really came through for me in my purchase of the “NLA” part I desperately needed. I made the decision to drive 30 hours from Nashville, TN to Medford, NY to personally pick up the hood. I wanted to eliminate any risk of the hood possibly getting damaged by 3rd party transport. “I have been working with Kyle and Precision Collision for over 20 years. The most recent work they did for me was this past week to replace the front bumper on my 2009 Chevy Suburban. They do excellent work. They are fast, efficient, and very fairly priced. I used to live close by the shop, but moved about 10 years ago. I travel pretty far to have Kyle do the work because if I go around where I live, which is in the Huntington area, the price would be 40% to 50% more. I know that for a fact because I've brought cars in for local quotes and then just brought it to Kyle to get fixed. Kyle's office provides a written quote in advance that they explain and then they do what they say they are going to do, with no surprises. I highly recommend Precision Collision.”
