“Have to say what a wonderful shop and service. Staff is friendly George and is staff were great in fixing my wife's suv. Was able to see step by step what was being done and fixed hands down the best body shop that I have ever been too Thank You for the great service and work done .”
“I recently brought my vehicle to the Patchogue service center specifically to see Gerald, who previously worked at the Medford location. Just as I expected, he was exceptional and extremely patient. I was thoroughly impressed by the entire Patchogue staff, who were consistently friendly, accommodating, and eager to help. The service on my car was completed efficiently, and the quality of the work was top-notch. They kept me updated and the communication line open throughout the entire process. I want to extend a sincere thank you to the ladies at the front desk, Vinny, Gerald, and the entire technical team for a job well done.”
“You know when you’re having an older car, but it runs good But it’s making a sound that may be nothing… But…you wanna take it to people who know what they’re doing the first time
This is the place
They show me what I’ll need soon and what can wait and they respect my finances
Plus, they’re very nice people”
“Top Gear Transmission just recently rebuilt the transmission on my 2003 Honda Civic and I could not be any happier with my entire experience with this shop. Every interaction I had with Joe & Janice was professional and the work performed on my Honda Civic was 1st class. If you need transmission work done to your vehicle I would definitely recommend Top Gear. My car's transmission is working perfectly now and I'm appreciative of great service I received there. Glenn”
