Online ordering experience and customer service has been dreadful. They have not returned call or email messages. I have spoken to two associates who both said the shipment will be sent out within days, and that was weeks ago. I purchased the bottle and have been charged nearly a month ago now. I have not received the bottle or notification of shipment.

I have placed an online order in June 13 and I was told that it will ship in 2 weeks.6 weeks later my order is still not shipped and nobody answers my phone calls or emails.I had to open a dispute with my credit card company.aaa

I was originally wary about buying online, living in California, but I took a chance. I bought tesla tequila from them (don't judge). I had to call multiple times to confirm the order was ok, because it was a expensive order, I wanted to make sure it wasn't a scam site.
They are more likely to answer earlier in business hours and they called me back as well one day.
I say set your expectations. This is a small business. Don't expect Amazon 24/7 customer service and transaction processing speed.
Although I personally had to follow up multiple times. They expedited shipping 2 days without charing me more and I got my order in the expected time.
I'd buy from them again, just set your expectations and follow up.

I recently went through Bansum to procure a very rare and expensive bottle of bourbon by consignment. The original bottle was sold before I could make my purchase… Bansum was able to track down a different bottle in less than 24 hours, and I made the purchase! They texted me with excellent communication and coordination of the delivery of the bottle… they took pictures of the packaging process, and notified me of all shipping statuses.
Great experience for me, and impressive work by Bansum to procure very high end bottles through the consignment path. Made the buy, had the bottle 36 hours later in perfect condition!
Thanks to Bansum for pricing this bottle reasonably, and tracking a second bottle down as fast as you did!

Terrible experience doing business with Bansum Wine & Liquor. I put in an order three weeks ago and never received my items. I called repeatedly on 5 different occasions and every time they said someone forgot to send me the tracking number and that they’d send it right out. I’d wait a day or two and then I’d have to call back when once again they’d say that someone forgot. Beware doing business with this company.

I placed an order on March 14, but the item still hasn't been delivered. I've called and emailed multiple times, but no one answers the phone or replies to emails. I've also left several voice messages, but haven't received any call back. It's been a frustrating and disappointing experience. If I don't hear back or receive an update by the end of this week, I'm planning to file a chargeback claim. I wanted to share this so others can be cautious when purchasing from this site.
