CubeSmart Self Storage in Patchogue is a very clean storage facility with a staff that goes out of its way to make customers feel welcome. The entry process is super simple, providing easy access and a feeling of safety at all hours. Management is noted as very good. A specific employee receives consistent praise for being awesome, great, respectful, and caring, making the signing and moving process simple and with ease. However, one reviewer notes that some units are not climate-controlled, leading to moisture issues that damaged boxes and belongings, and found the price a little expensive for that reason. The facility is recommended for those wanting to work with professionals.
