“Tom was very professional and a pleasant to deal with, and they were able to get my storage pod delivered the same day I ordered it three hours later! Amazing! Also, it was the best price i received after calling 5 companies!”
“Honestly it was absolutely surprised by how nice the setup was. Got a little welcome bag and a free lock! Honestly this is pretty freaking great and the setup was easy and it was the cheapest one around and you could drive up right to it worth every penny and the service has been incredible from the greeting call to making sure I have everything I need to the free lock this has been a great experience”
“I have used many storage facilities & they are basically the except for customer service -Mario is exceptional , he is friendly & professional, keeps this place well managed and he always returns calls !!! He is definitely an asset :)”
“The property manager Angela is a pleasure to deal with regarding the property and renting a storage unit. She is considerate and respectful in all situations. Even though she was limping after her surgery Angela was back at work helping the customers and managing the property. A good, honest woman who represents Public Storage well and they should be thankful to have.”

“We were looking for a clean, well lit place to put our extra storage items and we ended up at Patchogue Extra Space Storage. James was very helpful and explained all of our options and size difference. He also walked us down to show us what the different units looked like. All in all a great experience and I feel great about putting all of my belongings into storage. Thanks James for your help!”
