“Excellent service from Brianna at the patchogue location. She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions! She never once pushed us to buy or steered us to a certain mattress. We purchased a great mattress and we requested delivery 3 days after purchase and that was confirmed. Very good experience!! Would absolutely recommend them!”

We worked with Chris initially, then when another rep came to the house to measure, he was a fabulous design partner. The furniture arrived as scheduled, in perfect condition, and a couple of months after when we noticed the table was not operating smoothly with the leaf, one phone call and they were here = took care of everything quickly. “I had a good experience with ordering and getting my reclining sofa. Ronda listened to what I wanted and helped me find the perfect solution for my den. I had ordered Flexsteel. My sales rep said it could take up to 6 months, they contacted me when they had the estimate date. It was worth the wait as it is made in the USA. Delivery and set up was perfect.
