“Stopped by today not knowing the place was appointment only until I read the sign at the door, but the gentleman at the counter let me in anyway and asked what he could do for me. I needed an install/downsize after my cat ripped my titanium post out of my eyebrow. My temporary replacement was far too long, mystery metal, and really, really irritating my piercing. He squeezed me right in and got me set up with a new piece real quick. VERY clean, VERY professional, very honest. Autoclaved the jewelry right in front of me. Talkative and kind. There’s always a risk of rejection with eyebrows, but I’m happy he was willing to work with me to try and save it. Wish I could remember his name! Affordable pricing before jewelry for one of the only APP shops on the Island. My eyebrow looks and feels better already. So relieved and will be coming back soon for some new holes. Thank you!

“I was in a time crunch and in need of a quick resizing of my wedding band. I haven’t been able to take it off for 15 years and yesterday I tried the floss technique, on a whim. It was 2 days before going on vacation, and I was shocked that it worked!! Needless to say, I did not want to put it back on my finger, but I also didn’t want to go on vacation without my wedding band. Why did I do this right before vacation when I have a million things to do?! A quick search revealed several jewelers in the area, but Elegant Jewelry stood out because of their overwhelmingly positive reviews and the mention that they have been around for many years. Well!!! The reviews were spot on!! In business over 30 years and it was clear why—Arsen is amazing and the rest of the staff are true gems! Not only did Arsen resize my wedding band and make it look like new in an hour, but he also noticed the unpolished state of my engagement ring and offered to quickly make it as beautiful as my wedding band at no additional cost. What a class act! As I was leaving I noticed exactly the pair of earrings I have been searching for, so I will definitely be back with some old trade-in jewelry. I live 40 minutes away and just happened to be in Patchogue for the afternoon, but I will happily make the drive again after my vacation because of the quality of service and the quality of the staff.”
