I say set your expectations. This is a small business. Don't expect Amazon 24/7 customer service and transaction processing speed.

I remember working there as a young boy and when his store was one of the first places with lottery there was a line out the door. So glad the current owner has continued his tradition of keeping his store hometown and treating customers like family.”
