“Joe did a great job with a minor repair to my vehicle (replacing a left side mirror that was badly damaged) and was helpful and accommodating, even getting the repair done faster so that I could get to work on time when I was later to the shop than expected due to being unfamiliar with the location and being guided to the shop’s old address in error by Google Maps. The repair itself looks very sturdy and he was able to order and paint the necessary parts within just a few days’ time.”

Offered to send a driver but I got a jump and when I showed up, he had battery in stock, loaned me tools to swap out the batteries, needed a few extra things like rods and nuts for the battery hold and he gifted them. Just great customer service all around.”

“Got into my car and it wouldn’t start. Tons of odd messages on the dashboard. Called AAA who sent Putnam Collision Center. This has to be one the BEST customer service experiences I have ever had. They arrived within 20 mins of me putting in a call to AAA. I was greeted by a young man who was personable, friendly and professional. He was polite, explained everything to me about what he was going to check and what would happen depending on the outcome of the diagnostics. He informed me that the battery (original, 6 yrs old) in my car was indeed dead and not holding a charge. I agreed to purchase a new battery that he had brought with him. He removed the old battery and put it in the new one. Again, all while he is doing this he is talking to me and explaining everything. He was done in 10-15 mins. He explained what I should expect with the dashboard readings and my radio by replacing the battery until the computer resets itself. And everything he said happened. This young man deserves a HUGE raise and I hope he is VALUED for his work ethic . He was wonderful. A nice surprise given the disappointing experiences of Customer Service today. I highly recommend this company. Hoping all of their employees are like this one. He is a gem!!!”

“I typically make an appointment when I take my car to B £ C but the other day a light came on in my car and I just happened to be driving by so I stopped in. I thought it was just a brake light I needed but then the young guy, Dan, noticed I hadn’t put on my new registration sticker and that I was due for an inspection! He was so enthusiastic, friendly and helpful. After replacing a small bulb and a screw for my license plate I was ready to go. It was so quick and convenient. All the attention to those details just made my life so much easier that day! Thank you”

“My wife and I are new to the area. Last week her car died. We brought it to the nearest repair shop (not Green’s) in Rhinebeck. They replaced the battery and the car made it home. Our next time using the car it started to lose power. The repair shop never diagnosed the car and just assumed it was the battery. We found Green’s and it just so happened to be 3 minutes from home. We had enough charge to make it to Green’s and dropped it off on Friday night. We left the key in the drop box and a note on the car. First thing Monday, Art called to tell us the alternator was bad. When we picked the car up, We paid the bill and Art mentioned he replaced the serpentine belt as well. Art was great! We paid a very fair price and couldn’t be happier with the prompt attention to our commuter car. We found ourselves a real gem in Green’s! We always prefer to support local and if you’re in the area, I believe you can trust Art to be fair, take care of your vehicle without feeling taken. Highly recommend Art and Green’s! “Steve, Oscar & Marco put in a new turbo, intake, struts , control arms, sway bar links, bushing & more just on my suspension. Looks wise came out like my dream he heard my vision and did not fail. Got 20 % tints all around 5 on back & now 5 sun strip. He installed my dash cam ( can’t see any wires) & added a subwoofer plus amp that sounds amazing & fits my needs just right. Very very fair with price & makes sure you are satisfied. Highly recommend for anything you need done . ( those are before and after pictures) He even fixed my Disaster I did putting my spoiler on”

“Had an alignment done on my pickup truck today (truck recently had new tie-rods installed and needed an alignment).
Stan Jr. done a great and super detail oriented alignment. Truck drives nicely and steering wheel is nice and straight. Highly recommend this place. Polite and nice staff too.”
