“My wife and I are new to the area. Last week her car died. We brought it to the nearest repair shop (not Green’s) in Rhinebeck. They replaced the battery and the car made it home. Our next time using the car it started to lose power. The repair shop never diagnosed the car and just assumed it was the battery. We found Green’s and it just so happened to be 3 minutes from home. We had enough charge to make it to Green’s and dropped it off on Friday night. We left the key in the drop box and a note on the car. First thing Monday, Art called to tell us the alternator was bad. When we picked the car up, We paid the bill and Art mentioned he replaced the serpentine belt as well. Art was great! We paid a very fair price and couldn’t be happier with the prompt attention to our commuter car. We found ourselves a real gem in Green’s! We always prefer to support local and if you’re in the area, I believe you can trust Art to be fair, take care of your vehicle without feeling taken. Highly recommend Art and Green’s! I walked in asking the young lady that works at the front desk for help because I needed to print some documents out for my vehicle to be released from The shop next-door, which is preferred auto that works with the state police on impounding and towing vehicles for them. I greeted the young lady and asked for help, and she immediately helped me out with no questions asked, I told her my situation about what is happening next-door She did not hesitate to assist me in what I needed to get done. Don was also amazing. He listened to my situation and help me try to get out of my situation as smoothly And as easy as possible and we’re able to get my vehicle out of the holding lot within three minutes. Alex, the driver showed up promptly and got to work and picked up my vehicle and we got out of there in no time.you will not be disappointed with this established give them a call they are there to help you even if it’s for the smallest thing.”

“Had an alignment done on my pickup truck today (truck recently had new tie-rods installed and needed an alignment).
Stan Jr. done a great and super detail oriented alignment. Truck drives nicely and steering wheel is nice and straight. Highly recommend this place. Polite and nice staff too.”
