“If I could get 10 stars, I would, So I live in Kentucky, which is very very far away from Batavia, So I was concerned about cost and shipping and timing, but John Hoogasian was the absolute best sales person I’ve ever dealt with And I was in the car business for 20 years, I couldn’t ask for a more professional, efficient and easy experience, Not to mention the stupid phenomenal deals, My guy, John, he did a very impressive job, and I greatly appreciate your professionalism and efficiency, I would recommend him 1000 times out of 100.
My yard looks like it belongs on a golf course now and I greatly appreciate you, brother”
“A big thank you to Select Collision in Batavia. I can't recommend their services enough. When a deer wanted to play racecars and try to bump me off the road I took my truck to Select. They went above and beyond and my vehicle came back perfect like it was brand new off the lot. They even cleaned the interior. There was a hickup with a door hinge and a bolt but they were super quick to schedule and complete the fix with no issues or delays.
God forbid I hit something else, but I'll be bringing my vehicles to Select.
I am just sorry for the mechanic who brought my car around with that song on my radio. I was playing my coworkers ringtone on Spotify 🫣.”

“Very responsive. When I called to find out the process for my son to empty his car the guy I spoke to was super helpful and very respectful when my son arrived on site. Made it a point to move the car outside as he knew my son would get there after hours. Great customer service!!!”

“The employees are always helpful, whether it's looking up parts or helping to locate the best options. They are also always cheerful, which is nice when you are in there because something happened to your vehicle and you are already a bit frazzled. Great service, helpful, and great attitudes - they carry a lot of different things from brakes to windshield wipers, and vehicle accessories like chargers for your electronics, even deer whistles.”

My AC compressor seezed, my belt burned off and was working with limited funds.
My girlfriend and I were stranded for three days, (also it was a weekend) accross the street from Napa in LeRoy and these guys went above and beyond to make sure I found the right belt.
