“Kimberly is so helpful. I went to purchase a wiper blade and expected to leave with it but she made sure it would fit my vehicle and put it on for me! So Thankful!”
“I’ve never in my life purchased a vehicle, Daryl at BOB JOHNSON in LeRoy made it simple answered all my questions & my concerns! Made my first time purchase amazing! We will be going back to BOB JOHNSON, for our next vehicle!! I recommend to my friends and family!!! Thank you! 😊”
“I am from Arizona,
My AC compressor seezed, my belt burned off and was working with limited funds.
My girlfriend and I were stranded for three days, (also it was a weekend) accross the street from Napa in LeRoy and these guys went above and beyond to make sure I found the right belt.
I just want to say thanks to all of you at NAPA, and to anyone out there if you want great service go to Napa in LeRoy, NY.
Thanks again.
Ted”
“Seeing reviews and some are old but I definitely had a good experience. I literally had to do nothing but show up on time to drop off the vehicle. Rental car company was right there waiting for me to get me going fir the day. They handled booking the car and let me know each step of the way with texts and calls. Thanks!!”

“Very responsive. When I called to find out the process for my son to empty his car the guy I spoke to was super helpful and very respectful when my son arrived on site. Made it a point to move the car outside as he knew my son would get there after hours. Great customer service!!!”
