“30 year ATT cell phone customer. After a disappointing experience at the nearest store in my area ( New York Hudson Valley area ) I decided to try a new ATT store. The store in Ridgewood NJ is 20 min away. I wanted a new iPhone. I called ahead to make sure they had the IP 17. Billy answered and assured me they had them in stock.
When I arrived Billy greeted me with a big smile. He made me feel welcomed and appreciated. He made sure I was informed and didn’t try to over sell and rush me. He took his time to explain everything.
I was very happy with my experience at this store. It will be my new go to store even though it’s in NJ. It’s worth it.”

We had originally gone to another AT&T store where the employee was rude, dishonest, and kept changing the pricing, adding in hidden fees etc. We ultimately left and came to the store in Dumont. When I was traveling for work my old phone died and had to go to another Verizon store to buy a phone. At that time we could not get into the phone to transfer all of my information to the new phone. I took it to my home store in Fairlawn and Carlos figured it out and was able to transfer everything. His customer service was exceptional he was determined to solve issue. He understood that I am not so tech-savvy and I needed his help. He obviously knows what he's doing and I am grateful for everything five star experience.”
