“The manager Ken is super helpful and friendly. The location is clean and comfortable with the climate controlled interior. Great storage facility. I was also able to get 24 hr access for a small fee. Most places do not offer 24 hr access so this is a nice perk that further sets this facility apart.”

“freindly personell. Excellent security. THey found my lock was not completely secured so they opened the unit and took pictures and contacted us. THey went the extra mile in my opinion.
The halls are also wide enough to handle anything with nice size padded freight elevators and plenty of carts to assist,
THe only reason it was not a 5 star rating is that i could only access my unit by one door and it was a corner unit with a side door. WOuld have been convenient.”
“I came in to check out the location and I have to say it is very clean and the office smelled very nice. Dorothy opened the door for me and greeted me with a smile and was very pleasant. She gave me lots of information and explained things in a way the other storage locations/companies did not bother to do. “Fast, fast, fast!!! These folks were great! Compared to national outfits, there is no comparison. From the time I dialed them until I hung up it took about 2-3 minutes. The container was there the next day. The national brands are WAY too slow, cumbersome and not friendly. Judy and her team were like talking to a neighbor, because they kind of are. I highly recommend this outfit for your storage needs. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

I have been a customer renting several units at public storage in Monsey NY since the year 2012 and I’ve seen many employees and managers throughout the decade.
But I never left any reviews for this facility then and I am finally starting to now!
The reason why I must share my experience at Monsey public storage is because of how well maintained and well secure this public storage in Monsey has become. It is extremely clean including the rest rooms. The staff working there is very polite and very professional. I always feel like I can count on Joe whenever he is working.
The quality that I experience renting here is night and day compared to other companies and the reason why is because of Joe. His honest approach and kindness makes me feel very welcome and comfortable and I know that this site is properly managed and taken care of. The confidence and knowing that the site is safe and always tidy makes it a pleasure to come and drop off or pick up my belongings from my storage units.
Keep up the good work and I hope all public storage facilities hire great employees like Joe. He makes the place a great example of what a professional public storage facility environment should like ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️”

“I can't recommend enough A Fazio for moving. From start to finish, the process was easy and could not have gone any smoother. Yes, they are slightly more expensive but as they say, you get what you pay for. In this case, we had a great team helping us out of NJ and the SAME team deliver our furniture in Maine. They do not farm out their work. You know what you are getting which is the best. My two best memories - watching with fascination Anthony pack the truck (it was like watching a game of Tetris) and my asking my husband a question about a wall mount for the TV while the movers were unpacking the truck in Maine. One of the movers overheard me, said it was in a box in the garage and he brought the box in! You cannot go wrong with A Fazio!!!!!”
