“I recently had the pleasure of working with Nataly in applying for my first credit card. She was very knowledgable, kind, and patient in answering all of my questions. The process was smooth, easy, and not overwhelming. Nataly made sure to get to know me as a person during our interaction which I appreciated. Nataly not only helped me in applying for a credit card, but in also opening up a checking account with Chase and making sure I was all set up in the Chase App and on Apple pay before I left. The branch itself was clean and all of the employees at the counter were cheerful and helpful in directing me where to wait for Nataly.”
