“Yes, Jason was very thorough in updating my email, trouble shooting my phone to see that it will receive incoming calls, once again. There is further technical difficulties with the phone not sending through touch tone prompts that must be resolved over the phone with technical support. Anyway, Jason was courteous and spent sufficient time in setting me up and resolving my concerns. He is a valuable employee!”
