The studio space is beautiful and calming. I’ve taken classes with Ellen and Sabrina who are both extremely kind and knowledgeable instructors. Conveniently located in the hat factory.

A wonderful yoga studio with excellent teachers, a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the studio and a strong sense of community. The vinyasa classes are my happy place but there's something for everyone.

Bright space inside red hat factory. Reasonably priced. Enjoyed my class there.
