Best pharmacy in this town. Pharmacists and the owner are super nice. I always get treated with respect and kindness there. They fill my perceptions on time every time.

Great pharmacy!! what really sets this pharmacy apart from CVS or Walgreens is their genuine care for their customers. The pharmacist took the time to explain potential side effects of my prescription in detail, making sure I felt comfortable and informed. I highly recommend anyone in the area to check out this pharmacy.

This must be some sort of joke. The rudeness of the people working in this pharmacy is unbelievable.
I’ve been in this pharmacy about 5 times. My experience was negative every single time, I would even call it bizarre.
Today was my last time putting a step into this pharmacy. I wish I could give zero stars.

My guess is that it is a requirement to be rude in order to work at this place. It’s so sad to see a local business, located right in front of a clinic, forcing potential customers to bring their business elsewhere. I hope they at least read some of these reviews and realize they need to change their ways. Their customer service is nonexistent, very rude in both actions and words 100% of the 3 times I’ve been there. Yes it is conveniently located, but I rather drive 5 to 10 minutes than support such behavior.

Excellent pharmacy, Pharmacist and pharmaceutical assistant, however the part time cashier receptionist is surly , rude, condescending, argumentative, and oblivious. An excellent pharmacy like Klein should have a rational and amiable cashier, not an apparently mot someone uncomfortable with other societal groups, (figure that out). Suffered her scowl and verbal abuse once again today.GET RID OF HER!!! Check out Yelp and see others similar biees

I don’t typically write reviews, especially negative ones but I feel compelled to after countless negative experiences with more than one staff member. The main pharmacist doesn’t even come out to speak with you face to face- he speaks from behind tall shelves of medicine where you can’t see him at all and can barely hear him either. It’s truly humorous how disrespectful that is. Without fail, every single interaction with the lady who has dyed red hair is an unpleasant one. She is the rudest and most miserable/hostile person I have ever encountered in customer service. Everyone there acts like you are inconveniencing them. I am nothing but polite and friendly yet they speak down to me every time. I wanted to support a local business but I won’t ever be returning. I highly encourage you to bring your business elsewhere. They’re super nice over at CVS in Pelham Manor.

Good selection of the essentials and friendly and helpful staff make this neighborhood pharmacy a gem of Pelham. They even have cute little toy section for the kids.
