My husband and I opened an account 2 years ago and we have been so satisfied with what ESL has to offer. Deb at the Penfield location was so personable, helpful, and knowledgeable. We really enjoy our experiences at any of the ESL locations.

Went in there with my niece to open an account. We were helped by Carlos who was very friendly and knowledgeable, he definitely made it an easy process.

The bank is fine. Dont expect to be able to use the online banking on a regular basis. Online banking is down more then it works. Constantly have to change passwords. Error codes that staff doesn't know about. Other wise friendly staff and professional service.
