“The place to get paint. They have sales on a regular basis. The workers are helpful and ask questions about your projects so they can best guide you to pick the right paint colors.”
“I walked in with no idea what I was exactly needing or how to find the perfect color match. With zero hesitation Angel was soo helpful. I trusted him with no doubt that the color would be perfect, set me up with the perfect kit for the project I am working on, and was so kind the whole time. Thank you”
“Call to get a price for a key to a equinox. I was first told it might be around 112.00 .Went back 80.00 dollars deposit an a additional 97.19 almost 200 for a key.”
“Ashley and Kayla were great when I came in. Quick and friendly service. I hadn't shopped at PPG in the past but my recent experience makes me want to go back.”
“I would like to thank Alberta in the Webster Ny store. A few of us were patiently waiting for Service . Alberta seemed to be the only employee that took care of everyone!!! She was mixing paint helping customers answer questions, and cashing people out. I hope you recognize Alberta as an exceptional employee for customer service! And I hope you’re paying her accordingly!!!”
“Warrens just installed Graber solar shades on my sun porch. They are beautiful and are doing exactly what we wanted them to do. We chose motorized shades and they work perfectly, thanks to John and Larry’s expertise. They arrived quickly after ordering and the pricing was quite reasonable. We have worked with Warrens for over thirty years. They are number 1 in Monroe County for any decorating needs. J Gilbert”
“I shop at Geneseo Sherwin Williams constantly and only literally. However this time this store in Rochester was the closest store that had the paint in stock I needed. I went up, met the employee and he was very upbeat and down to earth. He mixed the paint I had him match and I was on my way. I would go back if I have to. But typically stick to Geneseo”
“Sherwin Williams makes excellent paint (Emerald is pricey but goes on really well and holds up great, definitely worth it!), and this location has provided consistently excellent service over the years. Prompting me to write today is the outstanding customer service we've received from Aiden over the past couple of months. We just bought a new (1951) home that needed every room painted, and from the first time we walked in Aiden was warm, receptive, and extremely helpful with our questions and in thinking about colors. The next time I walked in, Aiden welcomed me by name! Most recently I called to ask a question about having a color mixed in semi-gloss that the online order system wouldn't let me order, and 1) Aiden recognized my voice and said hello, good to hear from you, how can I help? and then 2) said oh yes, I can mix that for you, the application has some gaps but we can take care of that for you -- literally fantastic service. Hopefully Aiden's manager sees this and can offer whatever commendation or reward S-W offers, and by all means shop at this store!”
“Great store for any level of expertise. The staff is very helpful and they great choices of colours and quality paints. Give 'em a try. PS. See many profession painters frequenting this store.”
“★★★★★ Hadlock’s Paint is Outstanding! Hadlock’s Paint in Victor, NY, is absolutely fantastic! They were incredibly accommodating when it came to matching paint colors, going above and beyond to ensure the shade was an exact match to my sample. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction really stood out. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient throughout the process. I highly recommend Hadlock’s Paint for anyone looking for high-quality products and exceptional service!”
“I have been using this Sherwin-Williams for the past year, each time they have been fantastic. Great Customer Experiences make this the only place to purchase paint! Highly recommended location.”
“The employee who assisted me was very helpful. I needed advice on how to paint a light color over a dark one. She advised me to use a primer tinted to the paint color first, to avoid needing lots of coats of paint. It worked perfectly. Without the tinted primer I would've spent way more money buying additional paint, and lots more effort too. Thanks for making this project successful!”
“We do business with National Coatings and i must say. They provide excellent customer service. They have access to a distributor network with our products and we only deal with the best. If you are reading this, you are in good hands.”
