I went up, met the employee and he was very upbeat and down to earth. He mixed the paint I had him match and I was on my way. I would go back if I have to. But typically stick to Geneseo”
“Sherwin Williams makes excellent paint (Emerald is pricey but goes on really well and holds up great, definitely worth it!), and this location has provided consistently excellent service over the years.
Prompting me to write today is the outstanding customer service we've received from Aiden over the past couple of months. We just bought a new (1951) home that needed every room painted, and from the first time we walked in Aiden was warm, receptive, and extremely helpful with our questions and in thinking about colors. The next time I walked in, Aiden welcomed me by name!
Most recently I called to ask a question about having a color mixed in semi-gloss that the online order system wouldn't let me order, and 1) Aiden recognized my voice and said hello, good to hear from you, how can I help? and then 2) said oh yes, I can mix that for you, the application has some gaps but we can take care of that for you -- literally fantastic service.
Hopefully Aiden's manager sees this and can offer whatever commendation or reward S-W offers, and by all means shop at this store!”
