Second time renting through them at Kueka Lake and second time we have a house with A/C issues. Three days into our stay, the A/C stopped working. We are sitting in a house that is 80 degrees and the company does not seem to care. When I called to report the problem, they told me to turn off the A/C and wait for the technician so we did. The house went from 75 to 83 degrees during the day. Technician came and said he fixed it around 5pm. By 6:30 we realized the house was not cooling and was remaining at 83 degrees. Called the emergency line at this point and was told it was not an emergency and we were told to purchase box fans and they would try to get someone else out tomorrow. I was also told that the A\C units here struggle in the heat to cool homes and it kind of is what it is so now we are on night two without A/C. Completely unacceptable and even worse this happened twice with two different houses. Will never use this company again to rent for our vacation.

**BEWARE**. Even cancelling with 24 hours notice you will still PAY entire fee!!! No offer to allow a credit for future use, OR a “Partial Credit” - NADA! Not impressed with customer service!! Place stinks like sewer when toured earlier in day, but was willing to pay over $1k for 3 nights for convenience on Seneca Pt Road, Canandaigua NY - bad experience - will not repeat!! Lesson learned!!

I stayed at one of the Premier Properties locations for a bachelorette party. I left a pair of running shorts behind. I called several times and they said that they would check their lost and found and have the cleaning staff look for the shorts the next time they cleaned the house. They said they would call me back, but they never did and I would always have to call back. A couple weeks later I went back to the finger lakes to visit my parents and went to the rental house myself to look for the shorts (where I specifically told them on the phone where they were, in the front lawn in the bushes). My husband went with me and within a minute of getting there, he found them in the bushes in the front lawn. It was disappointing that the company didn't go and look where I specifically said they were lost. In my opinion that isn't good customer service.

Thanks to Alicia for her help located a place to rent for the week and the cleaning staff for not being spooked when we came to look at the outside of the properties

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Keuka Lake! So glad Finger Lakes Properties had a variety of homes for us to choose from that were large enough for our party and allowed dogs.

I can’t say enough about FLPP!!! They were a pleasure to work with and responded to me almost immediately! Everyone I spoke to was friendly and eager to help me in any way they could. The house we stayed at was simply wonderful! Very clean and exactly as expected! (Actually, it was better than expected)! We will definitely be coming back to the Finger Lakes and I will certainly be calling FLPP!!
