They locked out my brand new tanks and said I needed to pay a reconnect fee from Renee. Like you think the customer would have the choice on what there specific needs are for every home. But they do not. Just charge charge charge. Lock out. N screw what's best for the customer.

First delivery to our house, we had asked for FUEL OIL. They delivered kerosine. The second time, took them a week and a day, same with this next time. The only reason they get two stars is because they are nice while they screw you over.
