The service has always been outstanding. The building itself is very beautiful. While waiting in line I never cease to be fascinated by the exquisite WPA era pastel murals that grace the interior. “Always a pleasant experience. I think they catch a lot of flack because some people don’t know the rules, hours, cost or just impatient. If you are in a rush, leave earlier. If you need a passport, make an appointment and have all your documents and application completed prior to the appointment ,if you are shipping don’t expect the post office to provide you tape etc. or just go to the post office 🏤 on Broadway and wait outside the door in an even longer line (I suggest winter or Summer, if you are looking for an experience) There are more important things to gripe about in this world.”
