“I live in Utica so I always visit any Wegmans store if I am near one. I spent the previous weekend in Liverpool visiting family and I got all my favorites from Wegmans. The subs, the sushi and the sweets. I wish Utica could have a Wegmans but either way I will always find my way to one when I can!!”
“The only place I could find that had my meds for my Narcolepsy. None of the pharmacies in Oswego had it available, and one said they don't expect to have any until December. I go through this every month, and thank goodness this place came through this month.”
“Literally the best Walgreens around!!! The staff is always so nice and friendly and helpful! There is one specific Pharmacist, I believe his name is Chris/Christopher, who is SO pleasant and friendly!!! He has also called me when I've gotten a new medication to ask how I was doing and if I had any questions about it!!! I know they are supposed to do that but no other Walgreens has and I know it was him because I recognized his voice! 10/10 every time!!! Thank you so much!”

I thank Walgreens on downer street for all the kindness!!!!”

“CVS Pharmacy inside of Target on RT.31, in Liverpool, N.Y. is truly an amazing pharmacy for many reasons. There is always someone there who will greet you with a kind smile, and there usually is not a long wait, if any at all. The staff does a very good job at doing their best to make sure they get things done as soon as possible. The head pharmacist, Elyse, is always willing to go the extra mile to help out when situations arise. Mike, another pharmacist is also extremely helpful with going the extra distance to make sure the customers are taken care of. I feel the staff itself is another reason I specifically go there. Amber, Missy, Sue and the rest of the staff are always so polite, and easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy to anyone needing a new pharmacy or anyone looking to switch pharmacies. I am a customer for life!”

“Thank God for this pharmacy and their ability to work with physicians from Wellnow in Rome. I had an emergency and Wellnow employee at Liverpool refused my service. I was treated with welcoming employees at Rome who were willing to take me in even up to now an hour later due to travel from the Liverpool Wellnow. Both Kinny @437 Electronics pkwy and Wellnow at Rome employees worked together to get what we needed in order to heal. They assisted my daughter and I both. The staff who assisted us were helpful and cordial. Thank you for your 24 hour service and the individual man who waited upon us that was helpful and customer service friendly.”

“This is the closest grocery store to me, and although it is smaller than Wegmans, I come here regularly. I can usually find almost everything on my list, including organic and vegetarian grocery items. Due to the smaller size of the store, I do also make other stops on my shopping days. The reason I am writing this review is because of the consistently exceptional customer service at this store. When I was about 8 months pregnant with twins and struggling with my shopping, a cashier noticed and made sure I had assistance walking to my car and loading it. On another occasion I was shopping with my two newborns (hubby was away on military training), and pulling my cart while pushing my stroller. Again an employee noticed and helped me. Tonight, in the midst of the Tuesday-before-Thanksgiving chaos, an employee noticed that I was looking for a specific item. After discovering the item was out of stock on the shelf, I took a substitution, thanked him, and got in line to check out. Without being asked, he checked the back, found the last boxes of Pillsbury pie crusts, found me in line, and brought them to me. This is why I keep coming back to this store.”
“I enjoy the intimacy of the smaller store. The entire staff has taken the time to get to know me as a person and has, on occasions, expressed concern about all the medications I'm taking and possible drug interactions. I find everyone to be helpful, very friendly and a pleasure to interact with.”
