“It’s been a year since I’ve been in this new UPS store on 211 and it’s totally changed around. They now have two people helping with two different registers which is nice and there’s also a self scanner where you can scan and get your own ticket to put on your package and send out, which is nice and everything seems to move a lot quicker than it did last year last year. That would be a line out the door this year. Everything moves very quickly.”

I had no idea there were laws/rules about mailbox placement or any of that.Well Diane has endless patience and is kindly extending the package collecting period until the ground thaws so we can put the mailbox in.So amazing. She didn’t know me from anyone and still went out of her way to help me. Just awesome. Never thought I’d be inspired to write a review about a post office - but she and the employees there make it special. And make life much easier on me.Much appreciated!!!”
