I wasn't sure when I'd feel better again. The staff was very patient with my discouraged mood, and never stopped being friendly and warm. Their kindness, encouragement, and generosity made me smile again, just in time for my bridal shower the next day. Plus, the dress I bought looks great and is extremely comfortable. It was a great experience, and one that I desperately needed.”

“I was lucky enough to wander in one day in 1995 as I was waiting on a friend who had an appointment across the street.I loved the unique inventory and decor. At that time, It was the only shop I had seen that reminded me of my mother’s business, The Apple tree. I have been back every year since for Christmas gifts and more.This year I was helped by Nicole and my experience was a 10/10 like all the years prior. I brought my 13 year old daughter again this year and she loved picking out gifts for her mother. The overall shopping experience is still one of my favorites. My trip exceeded my expectations when I was told they weren’t out of calendars yet! My friend and I came across them at the ROC Holiday village and we ended up purchasing one zip up for each of ourselves, and I also bought a hoodie for my niece for Christmas. We love the prints on our pieces, the colors are vivid and well-balanced together, the quality of the material is perfect (super soft on the inside, and they don't feel too thin/cheap), and we really enjoyed hearing about the art process. I received a response an hour or two later, that same night. Not only that, but they were super helpful in explaining how the sizes really work for the kids hoodie I was trying to order & is working with me to exchange what I have for the correct sizes. “I shopped here today and had a great experience with help from Trent. He was saying hello and welcoming each customer as they came into the store, then asked if there was anything particular I was looking for. I really hate shopping and had been in about 13 stores before this, without any store employees acknowledging me. So at this point I wanted help. I told him that I was looking for jeans and it had been years since I've bought a pair. I live on an island so shorts are my "go to." He was so quick to pull a couple pair and ask if I liked the style, then helped me find sizes. While I was in the dressing room, I could hear his bubbly personality greeting customers and helping other customers. When I cashed out, he was busy, but I was sure to thank him and tell him the store is lucky to have him! He's an asset to that store. I would've spent $300 on those jeans and not even blinked an eye lol! I literally did not even look at the cost. The experience was that great! As a business owner I can appreciate that he was loving his job and working hard for the company. Most people these days show up to work and do the minimum just to get a pay check. I could tell Trent liked what he was doing. And if he was faking it, then fake it till you make it Trent! You are fabulous and Buckle is lucky to have you. “The overall customer service was very pleasant, I just have more of a gripe with the company: I know they're not the same as they used to be, but they have much more diverse clothing options online (Tripp and other "classic" brands) that I wish they carried in this store. It would be nice to have the option of edgier clothes for teens that may be shopping with their parents without having to go to Spencer's. Overall, clean store that is much easier to navigate than it used to be.”

“My daughter had an interview here, they made her pick out an outfit for a boy and a girl for a christmas party and they weren’t really impressed with what she picked out, she needed to add accessories. They told her she would have to try and get customers to add to their purchases. I have shopped in that store numerous times and have never had anyone ask me if I needed help or try to get me to buy more!!!”
