“The L.L.Bean store in Eastview Mall is a fabulous store filled with high quality products. Their massive selection spans from men's, women's and kids apparel. Including dedicated plus-size and petite sections, alongside home furnishings, camping gear, hats, a great shoe department with slippers, sandals and trainers.
The layout is beautiful and incredibly easy to navigate, with everything meticulously displayed and prices clearly visible.
My absolute favourite was the giant boot outside the store and the wonderful staff.
I was also impressed by how immaculate the changing rooms and public bathrooms were.
What really impressed us was the power assisted entrance and exit doors!

“I flew into Vermont last weekend to snowboard at Stowe and forgot important parts of my setup at home. I was relieved when I found that Neon Wave was very close to my hotel. I explained my situation and Tucker immediately knew how to help. He was very knowledgable, welcoming, and kind – he made me feel instantly less stressed about the situation! The store is beautifully designed and I will definitely come back the next time I'm in town!”

“My daughter had an interview here, they made her pick out an outfit for a boy and a girl for a christmas party and they weren’t really impressed with what she picked out, she needed to add accessories. They told her she would have to try and get customers to add to their purchases. I have shopped in that store numerous times and have never had anyone ask me if I needed help or try to get me to buy more!!!”

“I had an exceptional experience at Madewell Eastview Mall, and it was entirely because of Timothy.
I first worked with him back in November, when he helped me build a beautifully curated winter capsule wardrobe. Then, just a few days ago, I returned and he created an entirely new spring/summer capsule for me. Both experiences were equally thoughtful, intentional, and seamless.
Timothy has an incredible eye for style and a deep understanding of material, fit, and timeless design. Each piece he selected felt elevated and cohesive, with full looks that included accessories like belts, shoes, and bags. Nothing felt trendy or disposable — everything was classic and meant to last.

During my most recent visit, he went above and beyond — checking multiple sizes, colors, and materials, pulling options from both the floor and online, and taking the time to walk through everything with care. The entire experience felt easy, enjoyable, and personalized.
Even after I left, his level of service continued. A different associate had accidentally processed a duplicate charge, and when I called the store, Timothy handled everything immediately. He personally reviewed both receipts — including in-store purchases and ordered items — and followed up to ensure everything was accurate. That level of thoroughness and accountability is rare, especially considering the error was not his.
Timothy is not just a sales associate — he is a true stylist and a significant asset to Madewell. The company is incredibly fortunate to have someone who brings this level of professionalism, authenticity, and care to the client experience.

“I was at the mall rushing to pull together some last minute vacation outfits and I saw exactly what I needed in the window of H&M 4 minutes before closing. Maggie greeting me with the best customer service and assured me I would have time to try on my item and check out and she would meet me at the cash registered. She even asked if she could hold anything for me while I tried it on. By the time I checked out it was a few minutes after closing and she was still so sweet and helpful. 10/10 experience.”
