“About two years ago we started renovating a home we bought in Canandaigua New York. The home was built in 1947, so you can imagine everywhere we turned; there were problems. We decided to bring it all the way down to the studs and completely rebuild the inside. We were lucky enough to find an excellent contractor William McMahon. When we got to the cabinets Bill introduced us to Melissa Carletta from Kitchen Express II, LLC which he had worked with on numerous projects. With her personal involvement and attention to detail we couldn't have ask for a better person; she was a God sent. Drawings were thorough and presented in easy to see drawings and a 3D format. know mind you; we were doing all of this from 1800 miles away and I have OCD.I can't say enough good things about Melissa. She is a very creative & talented visionary with a passion for her work! She listened very carefully to the vision we had for our space, learned our needs and personalities and was willing to make changes to the design throughout the process until we felt it was the perfect solution!Melissa redesigned our kitchen, bathrooms, and washroom in a way I never could have imagined. Not a week goes by that my wife doesn't tell me how much she loves all of our cabinets. I would encourage anyone to touch base with Melissa at Kitchen Express II and see how she can improve your living space immediatelv. Also, have her send you some of the designs she made to our home. You will be amazed.”
“Empire was great to work with from the moment they arrived to measure the kitchen, all the way thru final install. Lisa was wonderful and so accommodating! We love our cabinets and granite countertops. My favorite part of the new kitchen is the cupboard with pull out drawers for all the dog bowls, dog foods, meds etc! Makes feeding time much easier. “We have purchased several items from Williams-Sonoma over the years. The shop is beautifully set out and well stocked. The items are not for everyone as they are on the more expensive end of the market.
The staff are always courteous and helpful. However Haley stood out the most on this occasion. Professional as well as friendly and very knowledgeable about the products.

“I recently hired KitchenByPremiere for a partial kitchen renovation, focusing on a quartz countertop and plumbing. Throughout the process, I had the pleasure of working with Phil Adams, a project manager who stood out for his friendly and personable approach.Despite Phil's commendable efforts, we encountered several challenges, particularly with the countertop. The initial results were not entirely to my satisfaction, which I attribute more to the subcontractor, Solid Surface, rather than KitchenByPremiere. I found myself dealing directly with Solid Surface, which was not the smoothest experience.In the end, while the outcome was slightly different from what I had envisioned, I am content with the results, thanks primarily to Phil's dedication and hard work. His commitment to meeting my needs and his genuine concern were evident throughout the project.Would I recommend Phil Adams as a project manager? Absolutely. His professionalism and sincerity are undeniable. It's important to remember that unexpected issues can arise in any project, and Phil handled these with grace.However, my experience with Solid Surface was less satisfactory. At this juncture, I would hesitate to recommend their services for countertops. I plan to share a more detailed review of my interactions with them separately.In summary, while there were bumps along the way, Phil Adams at KitchenByPremiere has my recommendation for his excellent service and commitment.”
