Mortgage Lenders in Pittsford, NY

“Kim certainly worked to ensure that I got the best mortgage and rates possible. She also helped me out on short notice. This was the second time that I worked with her and both times were equally great!”

“Working with Christie Wiesen and 1st Priority Mortgage was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Christie exemplifies true professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail. Throughout the entire process, she consistently made me feel like I was her only client. No question was too small, no concern went unanswered, and every step was handled with clarity and confidence.

Her communication was outstanding — timely, transparent, and thorough — which made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and well-managed. Christie always made me feel like I was at the very top of her priority list, and that level of service is rare to find.

If you are looking for someone who is knowledgeable, dependable, and genuinely committed to her clients, I highly recommend Christie Wiesen and the team at 1st Priority Mortgage. I couldn’t be happier with the experience.”

“This location is a little hard to find. I was in Pittsford Plaza and assumed there would be a Chase nearby. There isn't. This is the closest one. I came here about a simple application, and was told there would be an hour wait. I honestly had no idea it would be that hard to talk to someone at a bank. They found out what I was there for, and squeezed me in before their next appointment, and got me in and out in like 10 minutes. That was great. I don't know if it was a fluke or if they're usually that busy, but if you're doing anything other than a deposit or withdrawal, you might want to call ahead and get an appointment.”

“My husband and I just used CNB to get our mortgage loan. We worked with Tatyana (Tanya) Dubay and Justin Boehm, and we could not have had a better experience! Tanya and Justin were extremely helpful and so quick to answer every question we had during the entire process. I don’t think we ever waited more than an hour or two for a response to any of our emails. We can’t thank them enough!!”
