“I didn't even know they were out there until I was going to the physical therapy down the street but I'm glad they are there like they are Lifesavers every staff member I have met has been polite professional I've never had a problem it's it's cute and quaint in there and they always got coffee and stuff like that if you want it but I really enjoy that location and I'm glad it's there they the staff is awesome I never had a problem and yeah I'm glad I found that little Jewel I plan on coming back out there again very soon”

“This location is a little hard to find. I was in Pittsford Plaza and assumed there would be a Chase nearby. There isn't. This is the closest one. I came here about a simple application, and was told there would be an hour wait. I honestly had no idea it would be that hard to talk to someone at a bank. They found out what I was there for, and squeezed me in before their next appointment, and got me in and out in like 10 minutes. That was great. I don't know if it was a fluke or if they're usually that busy, but if you're doing anything other than a deposit or withdrawal, you might want to call ahead and get an appointment.”

“I went to apply for a loan. No waiting to see someone. Had an answer in 10 minutes. 5% interest which is lower than any other bank or credit union for a used car. However, you need to live in certain areas to be able to use this bank.”
