Not sure why the pharmacy at this location is so overburdened and unable to cope. Always, always, always a long line for pickup. They’re trying hard but it’s just not worth it. It’ll be my last Rx here.

Th CVS Pharmacy is constantly understaffed and you wait in line for decades, only to find out your RX hasn't been filled from 5 hours ago when it was called in from your Doctor. Tell me why are the techs ungloved when dispensing meds? Their hands, palms, fingers etc. are all over every medication- how disgusting! Isn't there a standard of dispensing meds that requires better safety and hygiene?

The worst Pharmacy ever. Hires the RUDEST customer services representatives. I had to transfer over from Walgreens to CVS (only due to Insurance changes) and was out of my medication. On asking by when they will be able to collect the medication as it is mandatory medication I need everyday--the person on the phone mentioned that they will get it done when they can as they are very busy- For real ??? No time commitment and zero empathy towards a patient who is trying to get their medication. Avoid at all costs if you can !!!

The pharmacy has basically been very reliable and efficient with my prescriptions but yesterday I was just highly impressed A doctor sent a prescription that may have caused a bigger problem than my damaged toe. The pharmacist came to talk to me about it in addition to a paper generated about other issues. When I came the next day with a different prescription from a different doctor for that issue another pharmacist came to me to make sure I wasn’t taking both medications. I assured her I threw out the initial prescription.I’m impressed with their safety priority in spite of being so busy!

Nasty Staff, girl ignored me for about 10 minutes and when asking for help, she was giving attitude and was paying attention to everything but our conversation. Other tall lady wearing a pink sweatshirt and no pharmacy appropriate clothing scanned me, she walked away without finishing the transaction. The Indian woman calls up the next customer and tries to move me out the way. When I said I had a question she wanted me to get back in line to go to the consult desk. They almost let me walk away with my medication for free if I hadn’t confronted the girl.

Absolute terrible experience at the pharmacy…45 minute wait and not one employee showed an ounce of care. Disgusting actually how such a large business can continue to operate with such little regard for customer service. Open two additional registers for gods sake! One would think they’d be prepared for a rush of customers after work! DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING.

I've been using this pharmacy for my family's prescriptions without any issues in the past. However, over the past year, I've noticed a significant decline in the quality of service at this store. Every time I visit, there are problems, and I often find myself waiting in long lines. The staff there appears to be indifferent towards customers, and it's regrettable to say that they come across as rude and uncaring.To illustrate the extent of the problem, my doctor informed me that their staff hung up on her while she was attempting to clarify a prescription that I had visited the pharmacy for four times and still couldn't get through. My doctor expressed her frustration, mentioning that she had never encountered such unprofessional pharmacists before. She strongly recommended that I consider switching to another pharmacy, and I followed her advice.I hope that my experience can be of some assistance in addressing the issues at this location, as I believe that the quality of service should meet the standards expected by the community it serves.

All CVS especially this one is closed and understaffed by the most incompetent, indifferent, uncooperative uncompassionate subhumans imaginable. If there is any possible point of failure I can guarantee they will fail.

419 S OYSTER BAY RD, WOODBURY PLZ Plainview, Long Island, NY. Horrible. They didn't have the brand name of one medication and were out of inventory for another. Nobody answers the phones and it's chaotic in the store. There are pills on the floor in the back and bags in baskets all over the place. CVS should not understaff this location, like it is doing. I had to keep going onto the consultation line to get my order correct, because they didn't fix it the first time. Even a doctor had to cut the line because he said he was waiting on the phone for over an hour.

I forgot my wallet at home, when paying for the medicine at self check. Immediately a staff member realized my trouble and asked me if she can be any assistance. I said I forgot my wallet at home. Is it possible if I can use my digital credit card? She said do you have Apple Pay and I said yes and she assisted me on how to use Apple Pay on self check. I was able to pay for the medicine and she saved me a trip going back home to get my credit card. Thank you, CVS.

This is absolutely the worst cvs I have ever been in. I've been a customer at this cvs for 30 years and I used to never have that many issues mostly pertaining to the pharmacy. Now every time I have something to pick up, which Is a lot. There is always a mistake, problem, outage or something and I'm always treated very rudely or ignored by staff. Mostly Lynn. She is the meanest to me. I'm trying to switch my prescriptions to mail order so I no longer have to be dealing with the incompetence level at this location. I even tried calling the pharmacy and usually they are either non responsive, or make you wait on hold for 10-20 minutes and hang up you like just happened to me now. Anna is also really bad at customer service and filling prescriptions. I think the staff personally treats me a certain way because they don't like me. I feel very awful using this company and location.

Prepare to spend 30 minutes or more if you need to pick up prescriptions or deal anything with the pharmacy. Always backed up. Very disappointing each time. Definitely do not go here in a rush.

The worst place. The pharmacist was busy talking with coworkers and the processing took an hour to get the medicine. The clerk told me it would take about ten minutes but it kept delayed. Will not come back.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!! They admitted you can't get in touch with them by phone...when and if you do, they hang up on you because they can't be bothered helping customers!! They admitted their faxes to doctors requesting the needed prior authorizations to get your needed medicine do not go through because the fax doesn't work!! And they admitted the whole place is a disaster!! Walgreens is across the street and they actually do their jobs!!

CUSTOMER BEWARE of different prices between online and in-store. A bottle of nature made gummies cost $15.99 at CVS online, but priced at $17.59 in-store. CVS would not give you the online price. Amazon $11.99 and target $13. Target and Amazon would put their customers 1st. Many items are overpriced. CVS has closed so many stores since 2021 and still unable to adapt consumer demand. SAD!Of note, the cashiers are friendly.
