my doctor give me a prescription one month ago still the have not got my medicine every time call the told me prescription is expired then i call doctor for new prescription no answer from pharmacy. i call back again they told me you need insurance approval . they are not doing the job right

my son got my medication today. they sent the wrong medication. i called two times they didn’t call back then i called back. spoke to the pharmacist. i explained the situation she said we are not taking it back and she left the phone on me very rude 0 customer service very disrespectful pharmacist
