“A few months ago I decided to switch carriers to T-Mobile. I was lucky enough to be in the hands of a store manager in Huntington named Yar. Everything was seamless with Yar’s outstanding knowledge and helpfulness on day one. Little did we know that there would be frustrating issues encountered regarding rebate checks, AT&T, and no cell service with my son’s phone in his New York City office. Every single issue was handled by Yar over the course of the first month of being a T-Mobile customer. Yar went out of his way to text with me and even arranged for T-Mobile to credit us on our first bill because of all the inconveniences. Now 3 months in with T-Mobile, I am happy to say that all issues have been resolved thanks to Yar. Yar should be the poster child for what incredible customer service representative should be.”
“I descended into T-mobile, Sunrise Highway, Freeport, and was serviced by Arleen who contended she was not the expert when she saw my day band watch I needed programmed. Is your name Arleen? Yes. I graduated high school with an Arleen. Are your nails French manicure? Classic. This is a sign of divine grace. She smiled and buckled down to install the app. She applied invention after invention till whatever expertise accomplished the installation. Now the matter concerned getting the particles of day band to accommodate my vitals. Herewith testing each obstacle with specified at hand, she overcame each obstruction: for example blood pressure 119/70. Let it be known the dedication and perseverance Arleen exemplifies to deliver service intimate verisimilitude par excellence.”

“Cindy was amazing and she handled business exceptionally well. She deserves a raise or promotion because she was running around to help at least 6 other people aswell as taking care of my phone diligently. She handled the phone call with other verizon departments like a champ. She advocated for her clients rights and she didn’t have to at all. She went above and beyond. Nick handled my phone at the end of all of that while Cindy was running to help other people. Nick completed everything very quickly. If it wasn’t for Cindy and Nick, I probably would’ve been out hundreds of dollars and they saved me from that. Overall very satisfied and happy.”

“My cable box stopped working on December 10th, I called optimum service and they tried to fix it but it didn’t work. I went to the optimum store @ Lindenhurst and Brandon was absolutely professional, patient and very knowledgeable he answered all my questions helped me to upgrade my wifi. He is an absolute genius and gem! I appreciated all of his help in this matter! I left with a new cable box and better WiFi! Thank you Brandon!!!!”
“I had an amazing experience with Nish at the Verizon Wireless store in Garden City! I bought an iPhone 16, and Nish was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to understand my needs, asking how I used my phone and even chatting about Netflix shows, which made the whole process fun and personal. Nish strongly recommended insurance, explaining how it covers theft and damage with same day replacement. I thought I’d be fine without it since I’m careful, but boy, was I wrong! A few weeks later, my phone got stolen in a train in France, and I had to pay $830 to replace it ouch! I really wish I’d listened to Nish’s advice. He even offered a Netflix and Max credit to sweeten the deal, which would’ve saved me money. Nish’s patience and genuine care stood out, and he made me feel like a valued customer. If you’re in Garden City, ask for Nish he’s the best! I got the insurance this time.”

“I have been billed for HBO max since April, although I dont have TV Service from Optimum. I have been unable to remove the charge from my bill, even though I have spoken with reprsentatives from Optimum. I keep deducting the $13.78 from my bill each month. If this is not cleared up soon, I guess i'll have to cancel my Optimum service altogether.Jack Horowitz”
