“This was my first time using the veterinary clinic inside Petco, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was welcoming, kind, and professional.
China, the veterinary nurse, was an absolute sweetheart. She was compassionate, incredibly hands-on, and took the time to explain everything, making me feel comfortable and well-informed throughout the visit.
Dr. Fady Bekhit was truly exceptional. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring. One of my little ones, Loki, had an allergic reaction to his vaccines, and Dr. Bekhit immediately took charge. He placed Loki on IV fluids and carefully monitored him for over an hour, making sure he was feeling much better before allowing him to go home. His attentiveness, expertise, and genuine concern for Loki's well-being meant the world to me.
He also took wonderful care of my other baby, Bella. Dr. Bekhit performed a very thorough examination and even took a swab from her ear to determine exactly what was causing her discomfort instead of simply guessing. The test confirmed that Bella had a yeast infection in her ear. He prescribed the appropriate medication and took the time to explain the diagnosis, treatment plan, and what to expect during her recovery in a way that was easy to understand. I truly appreciated how thorough and caring he was.
The entire team went above and beyond to provide outstanding care. Their compassion, professionalism, and dedication truly exceeded my expectations. It is rare to find a veterinary team that treats your pets as if they were their own, and that is exactly how we felt during our visit.
I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for exceptional veterinary care. Thank you to Dr. Fady Bekhit, China, and the entire staff for taking such wonderful care of my sweet Loki and Bella. We are so grateful and will definitely be returning for their future care!”
“Thank you Allen for helping us with our Golden retriever. Once contacted, Allen called back in 5 minutes. Once I told him what breed I was looking for, I had 6 pictures sent to me within 10 minutes. I called and texted every time I had questions. Allen never seemed bothered and always answered me back. It was a pleasure doing business with him. If I'm looking for a puppy in the future, I will call Puppy Guyz again. Great job.

“I've been to PetPort a number of times and have had the same experience every time. The employees are friendly and personable. They are open late and in my case they carry a very popular brand of cat toy. The "yeow" brand of catnip cat toys are some of the best catnip toys on the market. They are hard to find at chain pet stores like PetSmart and petco, but PetPort always has them. Shopping was quick and easy. Give them a visit you will not be disappointed.”
“There is a nice variety of spiders, snakes, lizards, frogs and tortoises also selling the foods / diets that your animal needs to keep them healthy and happy.
The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.
If you choose they will build you a beautiful habitat, or you can take home everything and do it yourself.
They also offer babysitting, so you can go away on vacation and not worry about your baby.
I just wandered in one day and became a regular. I always learn something new.
A must if you have reptiles or crawling things.”

“We love three dogs bakery LI! I brought sky to pick out some treats a few months ago and fell in love with their store and treats. Their treats are great quality and affordable. There’s almost always a buy 2 get one free deal going on and I always take advantage. The store is open and allows for dogs to sniff around and pick out their treats! Everyone is super friendly and they have super cute front desk pups :)We also ordered her birthday cake last week and enjoyed it today. It was a hit! Our pups love the cake and the cake bites, it was such a cute addition to our birthday party. We will be back soon to spoil our sky again!”

I recently went when they hosted a fundraiser for a dog rescue where in return you received a gift bag and 1 free photo with Santa from a professional photographer You then had an option to purchase additional photos. The photos came out so cute. While waiting I spoke to someone about my senior dog who no matter what I was feeding her refused to eat alot I left with some bone broth I purchased for her and my gift bag and sure enough my dog ate the one sample of food. They were so knowledgeable about the products they carried I would highly recommend them to anyone. I left with a beautiful picture was able to help a dog recue and my dog finally ate.”

Unlike many vets, they do medical boarding, which we need since our cat gets insulin shots twice daily. We have tried other vets before in the tri state area (we've lived in NYC for years). However, we continuously make the trip to Plainview Animal Hospital for their level of care and having the options we need for our pet.”
