Came in with a flat tire and a hole in my spare tube. Jason in service fixed me up right away, got me set with new Co2 canisters, and talked me through the option of going tubeless when I have time to leave the bike for a few days. Knowledgeable and eager to help!

Drop my bike off for a new chain. They called me the next to pickup my bike which is not a trek bicycle. But that wasn't a problem for them to do work on it. Cool staff I would go back for more service or to purchase a new bike 🚲
