Tom’s advices and friendliness are top notch. Really care about the customers and their bicycles. Jonathan’s servicing of the bicycle is also very good. My bike now has no noise and is butter smooth

I've regularly interacted with Jackson and Tom, and they are both such good guys. They'll never oversell you, they'll explain everything that you need to know, and answer questions all day. They love riding, love bikes and want to help everyone who comes into the store get the best experience. And they will remember your name the second time you enter the store.

My bought my very Trek Bike back in 2009 when I was active duty in the Air Force in Korea. It was a Trek 390 and I loved that bike. But with so many moves around the world to Mother Nature, my bike became unserviceable. I decided to upgrade my bike and purchased one online. I purchased Trek Marlin 5 Gen 2. They delivered to Plainview. When I was picking my bike up, the gentlemen that were working made me feel at home and apart of the Trek Family. It was a very hot day and they offered me a cold drink and to hang out in the cool lounge while I waited. The helped me pick out new accessories and gave me amazing suggestions on other products. They shared stories about the Trek Brand and told me all the journeys they have been apart of with the community. The gentlemen there left a lasting impression and I truly grateful for everything. I am looking forward making new memories with my family with this bike. Thank you again.

It was such pleasant experience buying from here. John guided through the inventory and showed us all the options, and we had a test ride - it was great! He also carefully delivered the bike to our home, so nice of him! Will definitely recommend here.

Hands down best experience here. Came into the store and Jackson helped us. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about bike riding. He answered all my questions and was not pushy. Wasn't even mad that spending time with me that I didn't even purchase a bike. Some people usually get all huffy but he did not. I thought about the bike some more and I returned to purchase it. The bike I got is the FX 2 Disc Stagger Viper Red. It had to be ordered since they did not have any in stock in the store. They have this promotion going on that if you test ride any of their electric bikes you get a scratch off which, everyone is a winner. I received $20 off. This goes up until August. When my bike came in Tom assembled it and I was called to pick it up. When Tom put together a pamphlet of biking trails and service tune up. Went over everything and said any questions to contact him. I tested it in the store and Jackson once again answered all my questions and went over all the gear shifts. When picking up my bike I met John. John was great! He too is another passionate guy about bike riding. He was super nice and helpful. What I love about this place and these people are they are not pushy and try to upsell you with all their things. John simply asked are you looking for any accessories? My bike unfortunately did not come with a kick stand so I did purchase one along with a rear bike rack and they were happy to put it on my bike. I also got a water bottle and helmet. John is all for safety. He patiently went over all the helmets and the differences between them. I am not someone who really wears a helmet but I guess it can't hurt and told him I would wear one. The trek team over in Plainview is great one. All super knowledgeable and patient. This was such a great experience and I'll be sure to recommend them to everyone. Thanks Jackson, John and Tom!

Have to say thanks to Tom for its great service. You don’t see this very often on retail shops.Tom took his time with out rushing me showing me all types of bikes .they have huge selection there . Tom it’s a great salesman and Manager. Thanks Again ??

After a long layoff i took up the sport again. I purchased a bike from them a few weeks ago. There aren’t any condescending attitudes like i have experienced at other shops. Excellent service from Jackson and Tom is a top notch mechanic. Great bike shop!!

Tom is so knowledgeable and helpful. He always completes repairs quickly and never oversells on service. I own a cannondale but they always service my bike with no trouble. You can bring in any bike and they will help. Makes me want to buy Trek when I am ready for my road bike purchase.

I brought my bike in for some service and a general tuneup. Jackson was extremely polite and helpful while Tom inspected my bike. After agreeing on the work to be done I realized Tom had already done a little fix up on my brakes so I could ride until some special order items were in store. I received a call and text notifying me when the ordered parts arrived. I brought the bike in on Wednesday afternoon and was able to pick it up Thursday. All work done. Jackson and Tom both offered some advice on my maintenance and cleaning. Both were extremely patient and helpful.Trek is lucky to have such friendly and professional employees. I will be recommending trek Plainview to all my fellow cyclists

A wonderful bicycle shop in the neighborhood. We bought our bikes here and they got serviced here. The staff is super nice and knowledgeable. Always had everything addressed and got our bikes back in great condition. (The smell in the store is not that good, though.)
