“I had a great experience with Hayden Bouyea, when I bought my new car! He listened and was able to give me an answer for everything I had questions about! The reason I'm giving 4 stars, instead of 5, is because there was a fairly large blemish inside the car that was never brought to my attention. Also, during the signing of paperwork, I was told that all cars have undercoating included. To me, it sounded like it was included in the price of the car, or something complimentary. Come to realize they meant included, as in its already done and theres no choice. Which is fine, but specifying that it is, infact, an additional cost would've helped lessen the blow to my already limited wallet lol. But other than that I had a great experienceand will definitely consider Della Toyota and Hayden Bouyea in the far future!”

After a nightmare experience elsewhere and multiple attempts to fix this horrible clicking noise in my car, as well as an obnoxiously loud noise that sounded like a small Cessna trying to take flight.... I ended up at G & G based on a recommendation from a friend. The staff was attentive and very polite and I was impressed with their operations. If you spend more than 5 minutes there you'll see these people put in their work. They do book out, but great work always does. Keep that in mind when you're being impatient. “well, I've read the previous reviews however, our experience was complete different. I haven't lived in Plattsburgh for years but was helping an elderly friend who needed to get her vehicle to the dealership. Although the charge seemed high while comparing we found Dupery's to be in line with the others. Cameron was dispatched to pick up the car and as I requested called to let me know he was on the way so I could give my friend a heads up. Being elderly she is cautious about who she allows in her place which is understandable these days. anyway I was on the phone with her when he arrive. she said he was very polite and even assisted her in getting down the steps and held his arm out to make sure she didn't fall. he got the car started and loaded. Before he left he made sure she was good. He called me once the car was at the dealership. it is very nice to find people who genuinely care about the customer. Thanks again Cameron for making her feel comfortable about your visit!”

“The office was very accommodating. They arranged to have work done on windshield and washer fluid reservoir same day as I traveled from 50 miles away. They were kind enough to allow me to sit at their desk to do some work on my laptop, and have a guest WiFi. Most importantly they are a family business and staff are friendly and helpful. Minor tweak needed on my wiper blade range of motion but otherwise the car will be serviced one month quicker than I had anticipated.”

“Had a major issue with front passenger tire at 1pm. Called and spoke with lovely staff. Said bring it in and the guys would take a look at it and have replacement tires put on before they closed at 5:30. Got there and Mike was awesome. Stated the less expensive tires were more like the ones I already had on my car. Didn't feel like they were trying to rip me off. I called back after I left because I decided to have all my tires changed instead of just the front 2, said no problem! Car was done before 3:45! Super impressed...highly recommend!”
