We had flight into Plattsburgh on a Sunday night and we were delayed. We were supposed to arrive at 7 but did not get in until 10. The Budget rep stayed at the desk until we arrived to make sure we could get our car. He was very helpful. That is true customer service!

Our flight was delayed from Sarasota to Plattsburgh and we arrived an hour after closing time. They stayed open longer for us (and others) to arrive and be able to still get our rental. Could not be more satisfied with this company! The vehicle was very clean and nice! Thank you so much!
