“I have high standards for the hospitality industry... I also work for BW. I have to say, this place was far above most other hotels. Even hotels that are 3x the price haven't impressed me like this place did. The rooms are large, clean, and quite nice. The staff was phenomenal, extremely courteous, kind, and helpful. The location is near any essentials and has close by shopping. To top it off, the attached restaurant (99 Restaurant) made one of the better burgers I've had since moving to the area. Also, they have a really killer pool area! Highly recommend”
“Mr. And Mrs. Singh are very kind, understanding, and caring. They have been very patient with me working with DSS and my limited income for housing as I've been struggling to make ends meet and understanding in regards to me not being the most punctual person in general with my disabilities. They have been very polite and kind in general even though I myself can be very reserved and socially awkward at times. Their rooms are much nicer than first expected and is actually a very comfortable environment for me to socialize in with my social anxiety, as well as having spacious rooms that are comfortable for extended stays. Very Nice people:)”

“We just spent 2 nights for a baseball game tournament. The hotel is kind of old, but the new owner is really dedicated to upgrade the experience and the service.
The food was good and the place is really clean.
Thank you for the stay.”
“I travel for work to Plattsburgh often, and Point Au Roche is my go-to place. It is the definition of cozy. I love having access to the shared kitchen, as it allows me to prepare my own meals and enjoy leftovers. There is open access to towels and anything I have ever needed. Although the tile/showers/tubs are somewhat dated, the charm of the building and its surrounding nature really make this a delightful stay. I like not having a TV in the room and find I really unwind and disconnect, which is nice when traveling for work. Another perk is not having a gym but a STATE PARK across the street with epic trails and views of the lake.
Given Point Au Roche is just 20 minutes from Canada, I have shot up to Montreal a few times for good food and shopping.”
