Lots to do!! Walking, eating, fishing, boating and lots more. Bring the kids and the family and have a wonderful time. The New owners have gone above and beyond for their clients.

I did not enter the structure but there is lots of room for parking and Lake access here weather enough room for walking and fishing with great views of Vermont over Lake Champlain

Very nice protected marina. The staff is super helpful and friendly. A small city park adjoins it, and it's a nice place to walk with your dog. Naked Turtle Restaurant is at the marina, yum! Highly recommend PBB! ⛵
