“Glad their still open. I just wish they still sold firearms. You can buy ammo or have ammunition bought online sent to them. They also sell sportsmen outdoor supplies, fishing, bow hunting, etc”
“I've been a long time renter at Plattsburgh Self Storage. The owners are great and the pricing is reasonable. I'm comfortable knowing my personal belongings are secure and watched with 24/7 security surveillance.”
“Its a good overall marina for transient dockage with fair pricing. This is out of their control but the Canadians can be real snobs at times and frankly obnoxious like they think they’re better than everyone else and own the place.”
“Currently using 2 units at Plattsburgh
Storage as we prepare to build our new home. Ed has been helpful and easy to work with. Highly recommend for safety and gated facility.”
“Store my fathers golf cart here and couldn’t be happier. Place is amazing. Highly recommend to anyone looking to keep their family’s valuables safe. Very reasonable pricing!”
“I love this business! I live out of state and every time I call I get a pleasant voice on the other end. So efficient and professional I’ve been here for several years on several different occasions and have never once regretted my decision. These people are the best!”
“The ladies who I spoke to were nice, polite and helpful. I got a good price for my storage unit. I was able to get a smaller unit that held my clothing, books and knickknacks that I had in my 1 bedroom apartment. No furniture, though. (I got rid of all that, so I didn't need a larger size.) If you have a car, they have easy access and layout.”
“Fairly priced. Not gated, but the storage buildings are right next to the office that also doubles as a repair shop. It's occupied most of the day. Gives the feeling of added security knowing that the owners are close by all day with eyes on the units.”
“I normally don’t leave reviews. But these people definitely deserve one. I gave them a five star rating because they are really easy to get along with and their service is pretty good. They always answer my telephone calls pretty quickly and respond to emails and text messages pretty fast. if I was in Plattsburgh, I would definitely do business with them again before I went to anybody else. The staff is pretty awesome and friendly. Not much else I can say. Good business.”

“Very helpuf and attending personnel. They help me with the renting at the web site, since I was having problems with my phone
settings. The unit is good, accesible and as advertised size 10x10.”
