“I had gone to Walmart to purchase printer ink and the individual needed to obtain the ink was extremely rude, I mean extremely rude. I told him don’t bother I was going elsewhere. I went to Staples and they were having a great sale on printers, I ended up purchasing a printer. The checkout cashier was very helpful with a couple questions I had and his personality was fantastic. So glad I ended up at Staples. What a difference in service!!!”

“Easy to locate off of the Northway. The gate was easy to locate and an employee buzzed the office to send out the item I was picking up. I noted a puncture in the package and Sam the super did not acknowledge even as I was taking photos. Lack of customer service from my view.”
“On the afternoon of May 17th I stopped in to this store to have my Dad's service flag shipped to my home in NC. The importance of this shipment was understood due to the young fella having his dads flag at his home. The young man said estimated arrival was late Thursday afternoon (5/22/25). I was sweating bullets hoping it would arrive safely... Well here I am, writing this at 10 AM on 5/22/25 because I received it a day early and it was in pristine condition. Thank you from the recesses of my heart on behalf of myself and my family!! It is now on display proudly in our living room on our shelf.”
