“Easy to locate off of the Northway. The gate was easy to locate and an employee buzzed the office to send out the item I was picking up. I noted a puncture in the package and Sam the super did not acknowledge even as I was taking photos. Lack of customer service from my view.”

“I always use the UPS store to ship my packages to my parents in Indiana. My info is on file. I write the address of the recipient on paper and my return address as well. There's no sense putting it on the box as the store prints out the label with all that info already done. I pay with debit and get my receipt with the tracking info. I'm prepared when I enter and the very proficient staff is very friendly. This is a VERY busy place. Try to have your parcel ready to ship and all info readily available as it's small inside and theres always a line waiting. 5 stars for sure.”
