I have never lost a package; all my packages are remitted to me in excellent condition. I visit at least once a month, so I have had the opportunity to interact with several staff members. I read some of the negative reviews and I really must say I never experienced anything of the sort! Kudos to your lovely staff and rest assured I will remain a loyal customer!”
