“We're new to the area and decided to establish ourselves with a local mechanic. Our car needed an inspection, so we contacted Albrecht's to schedule an appointment. A few days later, we brought the car in. We were warmly greeted by an extremely friendly and likable receptionist. The car was taken to the shop, serviced, and was ready in about 25 minutes. No problems, no high-pressure sales tactics, and no scare tactics. It was a great experience with some genuinely nice people. It is a clean shop with a small, clean waiting room with free coffee. I would strongly recommend them to anyone needing auto work.”

“I got a flat on a new tire, but I drove on it too long before noticing. The sidewalls were damaged. They evaluated the tire and determined I needed a new one. They didn't have a matching tire in the store, but I left the old tire and rim and they had it replaced and balanced early the next morning, sooner than promised. The service was great and the person was helpful and pleasant.”

“Perry was the fourth detailing place I called this morning trying to get an urgent appointment to rid my car of the rotting food smell after spilling compost liquid in it yesterday. He was able to get me in this afternoon after some finagling with his schedule. Not only that, but he did an excellent job in just under 3 hours this afternoon - even got rid of the dog hair that’s been in my stuck on the fabric in my trunk for 4 years - and the compost stench is gone! He gave me a recommendation for a spray in case it comes back and also offered to run the ozonator in there longer if need be next week. He was super helpful and kind, and I think the price ($173 including tax) was more than fair (though I’ve never had this happen before so I have no source of comparison). Highly recommend.
